Here’s another Simple Savor meal for you. This tuna salad stuffed pepper took me less than 5 minutes to put together.
I had some leftover guacamole from our Taco Tuesday salad night, mixed that in with one pouch of tuna, put that all in half a red pepper, sprinkled some salt and pepper and was good to go!
It was really one of the best tuna dishes I’ve ever had – and that’s saying a lot because I LOVE tuna and I eat it quite often.
- 1 pouch bumblebee tuna (2.5 oz)
- 1 ounce guacamole (or just mashed up avocado)
- 1/2 bell pepper of your choice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix your guacamole with your tuna. Season with salt and pepper and place in your prepared tuna in your half bell pepper. Serve and enjoy!
