Simple Savors: Salmon Spread Stuffed Peppers
- 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced vertically, stem and seeds removed
- 1 5 oz can pink salmon, drained
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- capers or green olives (optional)
- Blend the above ingredients with a fork until creamy and stuff your pepper! Easy!
