In addition to being on a low-carb, I recently went all the way gluten free too. I thought it would be difficult at first, but ultimately it was an easy enough switch and I feel much, much better.
In the process, I’ve discovered some new food that I had never tried before and re-tried some oldies that I had forgotten about.
Here’s a list common food that are either full of carbohydrates and/or gluten.

The Swaps: Sea Weed, Chicharrones (Pork Rinds – although not exactly healthy, are a low carb and gluten free option)
The Culprit: Pasta
The Swaps: Black Bean Pasta, Zoodles
The Culprit: Candy
The Swap: Fruit
The Culprit: Peanuts
The Swap: Edamame
