There are fewer things easier than lemon pepper chicken. It’s amazing, because there is tons of flavor present with minimal amounts of effort.
We made this chicken on the grill because we wanted to enjoy the nice weather before it starts getting too cold here in the midwest. However, you do this just as easily in your pan on your stove. The results will be just as delicious!
We again used our chicken breast that was purchased from Zaycon Fresh (use code BB1 for $10.00 off your purchase!) and again were so surprised by how moist and tender the chicken turned out. I’ll be honest, I really thought it was going to be dry from cooking on the grill for so long – but I was completely and pleasantly wrong.
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into preferred size, shape
- salt and lemon pepper to taste
- Cut your chicken and sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt. Cook using your preferred method until cooked through with no pink left in the middle.
- Serve over a bed of lettuce or with some caulimashed! Enjoy!
