There’s nothing more fun than baking things into fun shapes. I had a craving for an egg sandwich and I saw my doughnut pan just sitting there and my light bulb went off. I decided to put my egg yellows to bake in my doughnut pan in order to have a uniform shape that would fit perfectly on my low carb english muffin.
To say that it turned out well is an understatement. This was so much fun to make and eat and it made my sandwich that much more special.
I highly suggest giving this a try. Not only do you get a perfectly round little egg bagel but you get fluffy, baked eggs that are scrumptious.
- 6-8 tbsp of egg whites or egg yellows (per bagel.

- Pour your egg whites or yellows into your mold. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (or any other seasoning of your choice) and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
